The Pirate ship is leaving the My Island experience as the latest Lunar update arrives to the Roblox game. The latest update brings in new content, features, and improvements to the game. Players can now participate in the new Lunar event, which consists of one of three Moon phases. During the Moon phases, your tiles have a chance to get mutated and the tile stocks to have rare tiles.

Everything To Know About the Lunar Update on My Island
- Lunar Event
- A new event has now begun where one of three Moon Phases will arrive every three hours. The event will give your tiles the Moonlit and more mutations. The Tile shop will get rare stocks as well.
- You can check out the display on the Main Island, which has a timer for when the event takes place.
- The Moon Phases include the Blue, Red, and Gold Moons. Each one of them will apply a unique mutation to your tiles.
- New Content
- Locking Tool: The all-new Locking Tool allows players to lock a tile to prevent it from getting rerolled or deleted.
- DJ Booth: A new tile that you can craft below the Main Island. This tile will apply a cash multiplier when placed beside Disco tiles.
- Desert Buildings: The Traveling Merchant will include some new Desert Buildings in their shop.
- Tile Mutations and Materials: Three new tile mutations make their way into the game along with a new material.
- Additional features:
- Boats now reset their movement when they respawn.
- You can now teleport home anytime using the new button at the top of your screen when you’re away.
- The Pirate Ship can now respawn at any time by pressing E on the A tile.
- Glowing Mushroom tiles are now properly set up with their PrimaryParts.
- All competition winners have received an exclusive Trophy tile as a reward.
- Both Moai tile variants are now available in the index for easy access.
- All Pirate tiles now generate income per second.
Bug Fixes and Other Improvements
The developers have addressed several bugs and issues in the game. While some bugs are still present in the game, the developers will be addressing them soon. Make sure to join the official My Island Discord server to keep up with the development process and to report any bugs you face yourself. A lot of the miscellaneous bugs have also been addressed.
