Titan Quest 2’s world is filled with secrets for you to uncover, and the game’s quests encourage you to do so. The Ancient Embers quest is one such quest in the game that requires you to find the Ancient Embers. While the task seems simple at first, it is far from it.

Finding Ancient Embers is a difficult task, but there are a few ways you can obtain the item. The quest requires you to find 60 of these, and the game currently has enough to meet that goal. In this guide, we shall help you find them.

You find the Ancient Embers in a couple of ways, but the most efficient way to do so is to farm the chest near the Gambler NPC. You can loot the chest near the NPC to acquire 5 pieces, and then let the chest reset to get 5 more. Keep doing this until you hit the 60 target.

Once you hit 60, the game stops the chest from resetting. This is likely because the second stage of the quest requires you to find 90, and that part cannot be completed as of now in Early Access. Should that change, we shall update this article accordingly.

Another way of acquiring the resource is to participate in the Chicken Event. The Chicken Event requires you to help a villager deal with his chickens. The quest is short, and you can quickly earn 10 Embers within a couple of minutes. Unfortunately, you cannot farm this event, so you’ll have to resort to chest farming at the end.
