Should You Pull for the Super Creek and Tazuna Hayakawa Banner in Umamusume: Pretty Derby?
The majority of players should pull for the Super Creek and Tazuna Hayakawa Banner. This banner rolls out the red carpet to obtain two powerhouse Support Cards that can impact the strength of your account in the long term. While most banners up until now featured one SSR card and one SR card, this banner offers two SSR cards. For players looking to limit break their SR Support Cards, this is the best banner to pull for in the next several months, until the Kitasan Black rerun in December 2025.
Both Super Creek and Tazuna Hayakawa are safe bets for several years to come, as neither will fade from the game’s relevance quickly. The upcoming SSR Rice Shower Power Support Card features the ‘Swinging Maestro’ skill. Her release in October 2025 will break Super Creek’s monopoly over the rare skill. However, Super Creek will still maintain her relevance for Medium and Long distance race builds to train Stamina effectively.
SSR Tazuna Hayakawa

- Concentration Skill: Her rare “Concentration” skill reduces “late start” time dramatically and is excellent for increasing scores in Team Trials. The skill is especially useful for Front Runners like Mihono Bourbon to take an early lead consistently.
- Future Build Potential: Tazuna can also be used for a double friend training build with SSR Riko Kashimoto during the upcoming Aoharu Hai scenario. Both cards provide scenario-link bonuses and supercharge energy recovery when used together.
SSR Super Creek
- Swinging Maestro: Even a single pull of Super Creek gives you access to the number one stamina-restoring skill in the game, ‘Swinging Maestro.’
- Limit Break: If you already have 0LB-3LB Super Creek, this is an excellent opportunity to limit break her further, as each uncapped level improves her Stamina training capabilities dramatically.
- Long-Term Investment: While 0LB-2LB Super Creek starts off with no Initial Friendship Bond bonus at lower levels, she can be upgraded steadily over time. Pulling more copies of her over time will reduce the need to borrow her for Medium and Long race builds in the future.
