In the following guide, we’ll explore how you can start and complete the Naiad and the Goats quest in Titan Quest 2.
During your time in Titan Quest 2, you’ll run into several side activities that may be optional but are still worth pursuing. For instance, you might suddenly find a quest item, which triggers one of the mini side quests. You might need to then find the purpose of that item or find the others in the set. Generally, such side missions reward you with more than just XP, although you do get a fair bit of that as well.
However, you might also find some special piece of gear or a rare weapon after completing such side or World quests. in This guide, we’ll explore one such side mission that you should complete, dubbed the Naiad and the Goats quest in Titan Quest 2.
How To Start the Naiad and the Goats Quest in Titan Quest 2
Go to the Southern Flooded Farmlands region and head towards the Whispering Falls location there. There, you will find a mysterious Naiad, or female spirit NPC, named Pamisa. Go up and talk to her. She will transform you into a goat. When that happens, you will need a special item if you want to return to your human form, which is Moly Root. We suggest collecting a Moly Root beforehand to save you the hassle. You can find one in the Forlorn Garden location, just southwest of the Southern Flooded Farmlands.
To truly start the quest, speak with the Naiad and let her turn you into a goat. Then, consume the Moly Root and return to your human form before speaking to her again. That’s when she reveals that the goats surrounding her are all human beings that she’s cursed. They betrayed her in a way, and this was their punishment. She asks you to find and return her Sacred Lily to her.

How To Complete the Naiad and the Goats Quest in Titan Quest 2
Once your conversation with Pamisa ends, you’ll want to head northeast from your current location. Eventually, you should find a Bronze Lion mercenary camp out there. The item you need is within this camp. So, proceed inside and look for a chest. When you open the said chest, you will find the Sacred Lily that belongs to the Naiad.
That’s all there is to it. Now, simply return to Pamisa with the Lily and speak to her. After that, the quest will come to an end, and Pamisa will transform all of the goats surrounding her to their original human form. Also, you will receive 1 Passive Point and 10464 XP as rewards for completing this side quest in the game.
