- Gather 1500 Fragments: Fragments are a key currency for evolution. Farm them by spawning and defeating Sea Beasts.
- Meet Combat Requirements: Defeat 500 NPCs using either the Magma or Flame Vox Fruit and defeat the Magma Boss three times.
- Interact with the Dragon V2 NPC:
- Travel to Vulcan Island (also called Volcano Island).
- Find the NPC Kael’Vorr (or Calvor Hey of the Ancient Flame) on an isolated island next to the spawn point.
- If you meet the requirements (Dragon race equipped, 1500 fragments, and combat tasks completed), the NPC will evolve your race to V2. If you don’t meet the requirement, then the NPC will dismiss you.
