Saints’ Cards are a type of collectible you can look for throughout the game world. These can be found at small shrine altars. When finding any of these cards, Enzo will approach the shrine and make a prayer before taking them. Saints’ Cards in Mafia The Old Country
There are a total of 20 Saints’ Cards in Mafia The Old Country. Out of these, 18 can be found during free roam. The other two are exclusive to the main campaign and can only be collected during the missions. You have the option to revisit the chapter and collect the card from your ‘Chapter Select’ at any given time. Let us take a look at all the locations for the Saints’ Cards in Mafia The Old Country.
1. Santa Barbara
During the ‘Get food at the bunkerhouse’ mission objective in Chapter 1, you will be asked to pray at the shrine. Head to the shrine on your path and collect your first saints’ card.
2. Santa Rosalia
While following Father Clemente during the mission objective ‘Follow the priest’ in Chapter 12, you will see the glow of a candle inside the wall to your left.
3. Sant’ Eustachio

From the point on the map, head to the right towards the woods. To your left, you will see a small rock structure with the card.
4. San Girolamo Emiliani

From the point on the map, run up the slope and look to your left. You will see the card inside the wall.
5. San Nicola

From the point on the map, run down the path, and to your right, you will see the mouth of a cave. Enter it and find the card at the end by some candles.
6. San Francesco D’Assisi

From the point on the map, head up the flight of stairs to your right, and you will see the card by a rock slab.
7. San Bartolomeo

From the point on the map, run straight on the path, and to your left beside the trees, you will find the card.
8. San Clemente

From the point on the map, head down the flight of stairs, and then run to your right. You will see a small dock. At the end of this dock is your next card.
9. San Giuda Taddeo

From the point on the map, run by the steel fences, and at the end of the path, you will see the slab where the next card is placed.

Run up the slope and flight of stairs to your right from the location on the map. At the very top, you will see a small temple with your card on it.
11. San Valentino

On the left side of the road towards L’Antica Riva, you will see a small structure with your card on it.
12. San Christoforo

From the point on the map, run up towards the ruin towards the stone hut structures, and you will find the next card.
13. San Celeste

From the point on the map, the card will be in a small temple under a tree to your left.
14. Sant’Antonino

From the point on the map, look towards the wall to your right. You will see a temple with your card in it.
15. San Bernardo

Look towards the yard behind the church, and you will see a small shrine.
16. San Vito

From the point on the map, to your right, beside the farm, you will find your card.
17. Sant’Emidio

Run up the slope of the stairs, and right ahead of you will be the card.
18. San Gennaro

From the point on the map, follow the path till you ascend the slight slope. Ahead at the top, beside a tree, you will find your next card.
19. Sant’Eligio

From the point on the map, descend the slope, and just before the right to pass under the bridge, you will see the card.
20. Sant’Agata

During the mission objective ‘Regroup with Cesare’ in Chapter 13, you will find a small open entrance to your right while on your path. Enter through the gate and keep running till you reach the end.
