The Goddess of Retribution is running riot on the world of Titan Quest 2, and has now set her sights on you. She wishes to kill you, and the only way to fight back is to seek help from other gods in the region.
While you were counting on Glaukos to provide that much-needed help, he has abandoned the region. With no other option left, you now have to turn to Pan, kicking off the Wild God quest in the game.
The Wild God quest gives you a bit of lore about Pan and the other gods in the game. This is one of the easier quests in the game, but can be a little tricky at the end with the boss fight. If you’re struggling to complete the Wild God quest in Titan Quest 2, our guide is for you.

How To Complete the Wild God Quest in Titan Quest 2
You begin the Wild God quest by seeking out Pan in his vineyard. As you approach his gate, a voice booms through, commanding you to stop. The voice declares that only the chosen ones can enter, and asks you if you’re a chicken, harpy, or human. Ignore his question entirely and select the “Triptolemus trips on Castor’s canny cantrips.” This will let you into the premises.
Enter the vineyard and cut through the linear path to reach Pan. Talk to Pan, and he will ask you to enter the Cave of Pan and complete his ritual. Head north from where Pan is, and continue forth till you find a blocked door. Light the brazier before it, and it will lead you to the Cave of Pan.
Once you’re inside the cave, the path is pretty straightforward. Follow Aristonoe through the cave and kill all enemies along the way. She will lead you to the ritual brazier, which you then have to destroy. This will anger Pan, who will then send hordes of enemies at you. Fend off the enemies and exit the cave.

Defeat Pan
Pan awaits you as you make your escape. He’s furious that you’ve made a mockery of him and will attack you, kicking off a boss fight. Pan is a fairly easy boss to beat if you keep track of his few moves:
- Slash: He’ll use his staff to slash away in the air. This doesn’t deal a lot of damage, so you can simply tank it.
- Dash attack: Pan will charge like a bull in a straight line, leaving a trail of fire behind. Sidestep this attack to dodge it.
- Ground slam: Pan will leap into the air and smash into the ground. Sidestepping should help you avoid this.
- Fire Blast: Pan will summon fire blasts from under the ground. These blasts surround Pan in a circle. If you’re close to him, you’re safe.
