Battlefield 6 gives you four different classes to pick from, and each of these classes comes with its own pros and cons. While the classes are balanced for the most part, as a beginner, it is important to pick the right class, and none come close to the Support class in that regard.

The Support class is perfectly balanced and comes with a healthy mix of heals and ammo, letting you survive longer and also come in clutch for your team. This is by far the best beginner class in the game, and if you’re not sure how to play it, this guide is for you.

The Support class’s main ability is that it can revive teammates faster. While this may not seem like much, it is a lifesaver and can quickly turn the tide of the battle. In addition to this, the class also has no sprint penalty for LMGs, so you can run around supporting your teammates with suppressing fire. But that’s not all. Some of the other abilities featured in this class include:

  • Steady Aim: Improved accuracy when shooting from mounted positions.
  • Explosives Resistant: Players receive 25% less damage from enemy explosives.
  • Revive Recovery: Reviving teammates also leads to health regeneration for the player and stops incoming damage for 1 second.

These are just some of the abilities that players can gain by using the Support Class. Needless to say, if you prefer assisting your teammates to earn a win, you cannot go wrong with the Support Class.

How To Play Support Class in Battlefield 6

When playing the Support class, it is important to understand that you are NOT the frontline of the attack. To make the best of the class, you have to play behind your teammates and provide them with supplies and heals. If one of your teammates gets shot down in the chaos, you can use the class’s quick revive to quickly bring them back into the action. Your role, as you may have guessed, is to support your teammates and improve their survivability.
