The Spriggan is a Mythical-tier pet introduced in the Grow a Garden Beanstalk Event on August 16, 2025. Inspired by Cornish folklore, the in-game pet resembles a small woody creature with leaves sprouting from its bark-like skin. Before we explain how you can get your hands on the pet, let us look at what it does.
The Spriggan is currently the only way you can get the Bloom Mutation on your crops. Here is a full breakdown of the pet’s trait:
- Overgrowth: If you equip a Spriggan in your garden, it will occasionally spread its roots. Plants in the general area of the pet have a chance to get the Bloom Mutation.

How To Obtain Spriggan?
As a new pet, it is tied to the Beanstalk Event and can be quite tricky to get. Unlike all other pets in the update, such as the Dairy Cow or the Golden Goose, you have to directly buy the pet from the Giant Goliath’s Shop. The shop is located at the top of the giant and magical Beanstalk that players have to grow every hour. Follow these steps to grow the beanstalk and get to the Giant Goliath’s Shop:
- Log in to Grow a Garden during the Beanstalk Event.
- Walk up to Jack, the event NPC, at the center of the map.
- Submit plants he wants (Woody, Prickly, etc) to grow the Beanstalk.
- The Beanstalk will grow after reaching a contribution of 900 points.
- Now climb the Beanstalk at the center of the event area.
- At the top, on a white cloud platform, you will find the Giant Goliath’s Shop.
Even if you reach the Giant’s shop, getting the Spriggan is not a guarantee, as the shop restocks like the Seed and Gear Shops. What’s more, you have to unlock the Spriggan to even qualify to buy it. To unlock it, you have to grow the Beanstalk seven times. Spend 150,000,000 Sheckles or 759 Robux to add the pet to your collection.
