With the Beanstalk Event, Grow a Garden players now have access to a brand new gear called Silver Fertilizer. Along with various new plants, pets, and items, the developers also added multiple new mutations to the game with the update. The Divine-tier gear is tied to the new Silver Mutation.

Grow a Garden Beanstalk Event Guide: Silver Fertilizer
Silver Fertilizer Uses
As mentioned, the Silver Fertilizer is one of the new gear items in the Grow a Garden Beanstalk Event. As the name suggests, it can impart the Silver Mutation to your crops. However, unlike Mutation Spray items, the Silver Fertilizer can only affect one plant at a time, and it lasts for two hours. After that, the plant will revert to its normal version.
To use it:
- Hold the Silver Fertilizer in your hand.
- Select a plant and it will become silver for two hours.
- Crops that grow during that time on the plant have a higher chance of having the Silver Mutation and get a 5x value multiplier.
- It also makes the crops look white and silvery.
How To Get the Silver Fertilizer
There are two major ways to get the Silver Fertilizer gear:
- As part of the Beanstalk event’s Contributor Rewards
- It has a 3% chance to drop if you contribute to the growth of the magical beanstalk during the event.
- You can find it in green orbs while climbing the giant magical Beanstalk.
- Purchase it for 1,000,000 Sheckles from Giant Goliath’s Shop at the top of the Beanstalk. You do not need to contribute to use this method. However, the shop has a stock system, and the Silver Fertilizer is Divine-tier gear. You may need to spend Sheckles to restock or wait an hour for the automatic restock.
