Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War is a remastered version of the original title that was released back in 2006. The original title received an overwhelming response from gamers, with most of them asking for a remastered version for a long time. Relic Entertainment finally acted upon these requests and released a Definitive Edition of the game. You can even use multiple mods to improve the game even more. However, for this, you will first need to look for the save files of the game in your PC.
Where Are the Save Files Located for Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War
Just like the original title, Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War Definitive Edition is also a PC-exclusive title and is only available to play on Windows PCs. There are multiple mods available for the game as well. However, these can only be used after you manage to locate the save files of the game on your PC.
To get to the save files of Dawn of War, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Open Local Disk C. (or whatever Disk you have selected when downloading the game)
- Now, go to Users and then select Windows Username.
- The next folder you need to open is App Data, followed by Roaming.
- Inside, you will find a folder named Relic Entertainment. Open this and then click on Dawn of War.
- The final folder you need to open will be named Profiles.

The game allows you to play multiple game profiles at the same time. All of these profiles will be inside the Profiles folder only. A much more convenient way to get to this path is to enter this address in Windows Run: C:\Users\[Windows Username]\AppData\Roaming\Relic Entertainment\Dawn of War\Profiles.
