Grow a Garden Sprout Egg is a new pet egg introduced during the Beanstalk Event. Let’s find out more about it.
Grow a Garden is back with yet another update. The new update is called the Beanstalk Event (August 16 – August 23, 2025). The new event introduced a host of gameplay features, including a new exclusive pet egg. The Sprout Egg takes 4 hours and 10 minutes to hatch and contains five unique pets.

What Is the Grow a Garden Sprout Egg?
The Sprout Egg is a limited-time, exclusive pet egg. It is a special egg with a light-yellow base, green drizzle, a small green stem, and tiny buds on each side, resembling a sprouting plant. It can give you one of the new, unique pets introduced in the game.
How To Obtain the Sprout Egg in Grow a Garden
There are two primary methods to obtain the Sprout Egg during the Beanstalk Event:
Beanstalk Event Rewards (Free-to-Play):
- Find Jack NPC at the map center.
- Check Jack’s requested plant type (Example: Berry, Vegetable).
- Submit plants to grow server-wide beanstalk.
- Climb the fully grown beanstalk, complete obby, and collect reward orbs (may contain Sprout Egg).
Purchase from Goliath’s Goods Shop (Premium):
- Submit plants to Jack to grow a beanstalk.
- Climb or use the portal to reach Goliath’s Goods shop.
- Buy Sprout Egg for 50,000,000 Sheckles or 149 Robux.
- If out of stock, wait for hourly restock or pay for manual restock (starts at 500,000 Sheckles, doubles each time, resets daily at 12 AM UTC).
Pets From the Sprout Egg and Their Abilities
- Dairy Cow (Common, 50%): Plants in 10-stud radius grow 1.3x faster; small chance for Beanstalk Seed on sale.
- Jackalope (Uncommon, 31%): Every 100s, 15% chance to apply Sandy mutation to nearby fruit.
- Sapling/Seedling (Legendary, 12-13%): Every 5min, swaps mutations between two random fruits.
- Golem (Mythical, 6%): Every 5min, advances Mutation Machine timer by 60-61s.
- Golden Goose (Divine, 1%): Every 10min, lays Golden Egg plant with Fortune mutation, which may spread on sale.
