Ulterior Observation is a new Stasis-based Machine Gun that’s now part of the open-world loot pool. The weapon features an Aggressive Frame, which, combined with its element, makes the gun highly synergistic with all of the classes. If you have Darkness Ice abilities, you’ll want to prioritize acquiring this weapon. To improve your chances of getting this weapon, head over to the Altar of Relativity in Caldera.

In case you’re playing a Bleakwater Stasis build, we suggest Demolitionist as an alternative perk in the third column. Similarly, Killing Tally works well if you want to enhance damage further.

In PvP scenarios, the weapon works best with the following perks.

An alternative perk you can consider here is Dragonfly. It causes AoE explosions every time you make precision kills.
