Here are all the creatures that you should take care of while exploring the game:
Scorpions
Just as in real life, the Scorpions in the game are infamous for their deadly poison attacks. You can find these dangerous creatures in the Mesa Biome, especially at night. Once you are near a Scorpion, it will automatically begin to attack you. Therefore, it is recommended to throw the creature away as soon as you spot it.
To do so, you first must pick up a scorpion by going near it and then pressing the interact button (E). Afterward, hold E again to prepare for a throw. Since the Scorpion will be planning to attack you, you must quickly throw it by releasing the E key. However, pack Antidote and Cure-All in your inventory to tackle emergency attacks.
Antlions
Antlions are the creatures that have been recently added with the latest Mesa update. Interestingly, they are present only in the newly added Mesa Biome. You will find these creatures in giant sandpits, which have a circular opening. Once you approach the pits, the sight of the luggage present there will be tempting enough to lure you to head inside. However, as soon as you move close to enter, the Antlions will instantly pull you inside with a strong force.

Bees
In PEAK, you will encounter Bees in the Tropics biome. When you are in close range of a beehive, these creatures begin to attack you. Due to their high speed and poisonous attacks, Bees pose a serious threat and should be dealt with carefully. To tackle them in the game, your first step should be to run as quickly as possible. Afterward, you should look for some towering heights to escape from the Bees. Additionally, circling in an open area will help you eliminate the Bees quickly.
Ticks
Ticks are blood-sucking creatures that get attached to your body and create an infection. Once the wound is severe, your HP will begin to drop significantly. Therefore, it is best to remove it as soon as you spot it. However, doing this will be an easy task in a multiplayer run rather than a solo expedition. If the poison effect becomes severe, consume an antidote for instant relief.
Sea Urchins
In PEAK, you will find Sea Urchins at either the Shore or Tropics biome. However, these creatures do not pose a major threat. The only danger they present is when you accidentally step on them. Since their attacks cause minimal damage, you can easily treat them by resting or consuming in-game healing items, such as antidote, medkit,and cure-all.
