RTX 50 Super: Projected Specs and Pricing

According to rumors, the new RTX 50 Super series is expected to have the exact pricing, offer faster VRAM, and feature more CUDA core counts in some SKUs. Below is a breakdown of the publicly made available information we have so far.

RTX 5070 Super

The RTX 5070 Super will have an increased CUDA core count of 6400. An increase in TDP by 25W and an increase in VRAM by 6GB, making it an 18GB GDDR7 GPU (275W), and the price will be $549, the same as the original RTX 5070 (250W).

RTX 5070 Ti Super

The Ti Super’s pricing is speculated to be around $749, the same as the original 5070 Ti. Core count remains unchanged; however, the VRAM has increased from 16GB to 24GB GDDR7 at 30GBPS. The TDP sees no change; it’s still 350W as the original card.

RTX 5080 Super

The 80-class Super’s pricing is rumored to be around $999, which is a reduction from the $1200 of the original 5080. The CUDA core count remains the same; only the VRAM is now 24 GB at 32 GBPS, and the TDP is 415W. The 5080 had 16GB and a 360W TDP.

Launch Timeline

Based on rumors, there is a slight chance that Nvidia might launch this in Q4 2025. Remember, there is no confirmation from Nvidia or any AIB that Super or any other particular replacement is on the way. However, the leakers, Momomo_US, One_Raichu, who have mentioned this explicitly, have been highly accurate in the past, so fingers crossed. If that happens, everyone gets to play at high settings without worrying about VRAM.
