Healing in Mafia The Old Country
The primary method to heal in the game is by using bandages. While the options are limited, the resource is available in plenty. You can collect bandages during missions, either scattered across the area or while looting enemies. Once you equip the item, hold the prompted button, and Enzo will immediately apply the bandage to his hand, refilling his health to maximum.
Another way to receive an automatic quick heal is during duels. In one-on-one boss fights, there will be a quick-time event during the struggle mini-games. If you win this exchange by pressing the prompted button, some of your health will be restored. Enzo’s last health bar during mission gameplay will also automatically heal when he is close to death. This happens when Enzo’s health drops below the last bar, prompting it to instantly recover the last bar fully.
