Just as in real life, rain will make your climbing expeditions difficult because it will significantly decrease your climbing speed. In addition, you will experience more stamina drain while climbing in the rain.

In PEAK, the rain is limited to the Tropics biome. However, not every expedition in the biome will feature rainy weather. Although rain impacts your Stamina, your HP remains unaffected.

As mentioned above, rain is limited to the Tropics biome and does not impact health. Therefore, tackling it is not a big challenge. Here are some tips:

  • Take a cover: Since rain does not affect interiors, you can take shelter when you encounter it. That is the best strategy to wait until the weather clears.
  • Consume special items: If you are low on Stamina, use the special buff items, including Big Lollipop and Energy Drink. Once the Stamina is back on track, you can slowly proceed further.
  • Use Climbing Tools: In addition to protecting you from slipping, using tools during the climb can also help you conserve Stamina. Examples of such gear include Rope, Piton, Rope Cannon, Rope Spool, and more.

That was all about the rain in PEAK.
