In this guide, we shall go over the best modifications to use for the Fissure Earth skill in Titan Quest 2.

Titan Quest 2 has an immense amount of build variety, even as it soars through its infancy in Early Access. There are four Masteries to pick from, each with seven skills, which in turn have multiple modifications that change the way the skills work. There is a ton of depth to the game’s combat, but if you simply wish to crush all enemies in your path, then Fissure is probably the skill for you.
No joke, Fissure is an absolutely broken skill that shreds enemies with ease. In this skill, you stomp down and send a fissure along the ground. The stomp and the fissure both deal damage. What makes it so broken is the fact that the cooldown is almost non-existent, and you can spam this spell for an easy win.
If that was not enough, you can make the Fissure skill even stronger with its various modifications. There are multiple modifications to pick from, so selecting one is not as easy as it may seem. But that is where we come in. In this article, we have picked out the best Fissure modifications for you to use in Titan Quest 2.

Additional Fissures
The first modification you need to get right away for the Fissure skill is the Additional Fissures modification. This modification adds an additional fissure to your attack, spreading it out like a cone that cuts through the ground. You can upgrade this modification twice, meaning you can get a total of three fissures for the attack. This increases the reach of the attack, making it incredibly potent at managing crowds.

Staggering Force
Once you’ve unlocked the Additional Fissures modification, you then need to go for the Staggering Force modification. This modification increases the damage of the skill by 5 percent, but more importantly, it increases the chance to stun enemies by 20 percent. You can stack this up to three times, totaling up to a 15 percent damage increase and a 60 percent stun chance. This stun chance is incredible against bosses.
Lava Fissure
If you thought the Fissure skill was not strong enough somehow, you can make it even stronger with the Lava Fissure modification. As its name suggests, the Lava Fissure modification turns your regular fissures into melting pots of lava. The lava deals 5 Fire Damage with a 20 percent Ailment chance, making this the perfect icing on the cake.
