The cowboy outfit from PEAK is one of the latest additions to the game. The developers added the Mesa biome during the first major update of the game. They introduced this biome alongside multiple new badges and items. To unlock the cowboy outfit in PEAK, you will need to first unlock a certain badge. Read further to find out how to do so.
Peak: Getting the Cowboy Outfit
Team PEAK rolled out the first major update on August 11, 2025. The game itself came out earlier this year. Noticing the hype and success of the game, the developers, Team Peak, decided to release a massive update for the game. The cowboy outfit is part of this update only. You can get the outfits unlocked only after you get a certain badge that is linked to that particular outfit. As a reward for unlocking the badge, you get various outfits. To get the cowboy outfit, you will need to unlock the Cool Cucumber badge.
This badge is exclusively available in The Mesa biome. You can unlock the Cool Cucumber badge only after climbing the Mesa without letting your heat exceed 10 percent. This isn’t as easy as it might sound. To complete this objective, there are two ways. The first one is to climb at night, preventing any sun damage and heat.

The second method will require you to carry a lot of sunscreen in your backpack. Applying sunscreen to your body at regular intervals can also help you achieve the same outcome. However, do make sure to check your body heat every now and then. Moreover, this objective can take multiple tries to finish, so do not feel disheartened if you fail. Once you manage to get the Cool Cucumber Badge, you will automatically unlock the cowboy outfit.
