Thunderstorm
The first modification you should pick up right away for Call Lightning is the Thunderstorm modification. This modification adds a 30 percent chance to strike nearby enemies with lightning. This modification can then be levelled up, which only increases your chances of doing so. This modification consumes your stacked Flow resource and increases the damage by 50 percent. This ensures that you can kill most enemies in a hit or two, and it is absolutely amazing against bosses. Just make sure you have modifications for attacks that generate Flow.
Delayed Impact
The Delayed Impact is another modification that you should absolutely pick up for the Call Lightning skill. As its name suggests, the Delayed Impact modification delays the impact of the Call Lightning strike by 0.8 seconds. To compensate for this, it increases the damage by 25 percent.
