The Orb Weaver Buggy is known for being faster than the Red Ant Soldier Buggy. Unlike the Red Ant Buggy, which protects you from red ants, the Orb Weaver Buggy shoots webs that can trap an enemy in one place. Additionally, obtaining the Orb Weaver Buggy is a linear process, requiring you to complete each step in sequence until you finally get it.

Unlocking the Orb Weaver Buggy in Grounded 2
Once you defeat the Masked Stranger in the head of the Burgl statue, you will unlock the Network Center TURBO Optical Disk. After receiving it, head to a Ranger Station at a nearby Ranger Outpost. Now, insert the disk into the machine, and it will gift you 2000 Raw Science. Afterward, purchase an Orb Weaver for 5000 Raw Science.
How To Hatch An Orb Weaver Egg in Grounded 2
To hatch the Orb Weaver Egg, you will require a Hatchery. If you are in the later stages of the game, you would probably have one. However, if not, you can easily build with the help of the following common items:
- 1x Acorn Top
- 5x Acorn Shell
- 5x Mite Fuzz
- 6x Weed Stem
Once the Hatchery is ready, all you need to do is find an Orb Weaver Egg and hatch it. For this, you can arrive at Burgl’s body and look for a tunnel near it. Once you head inside, you will find many Orb Weaver Eggs. However, you may need to tackle some Orb Weaver Jrs. and fully-grown Orb Weavers.
After picking up the egg, you must manually carry it to the Hatchery. Now, you need to wait for 24 in-game hours to hatch the Orb Weaver Egg. Once the time is over, you will receive an Orb Weaver Buggy. However, if you are using a Red Soldier Ant Buggy, you must remove it first.

- 3x Blueberry Leather
- 3x Acorn Shell
