24 Karat Badge

The 24 Karat Badge is one of the achievements introduced with the Mesa update. Its in-game description asks you to offer a worthy sacrifice to the Kiln. However, since there are no further hints about what the sacrifice is or where to find it, unlocking the badge becomes a difficult task.

To complete the objective, you need to collect the Golden Bing Bong, which is located in an underground area known as the Tomb. All these mentioned reasons make the 24 Karat Badge one of the toughest achievements to collect in PEAK.

Ultimate Badge

To unlock the Ultimate Badge in PEAK, you need to catch the Flying Disc from a distance of at least 100 meters. While the task may sound simple, it requires precision, coordination, and a clear strategy. As a result, it might take several attempts to complete successfully.

Additionally, some players have reported that even after completing the required objective, the badge does not unlock, which suggests the achievement may be bugged. For these reasons, the Ultimate Badge is considered one of the hardest to collect in PEAK.

Leave No Trace Badge

From the name itself, you can roughly estimate that the Leave No Trace badge requires you to escape the island without using any assistive in-game items, such as the Rope, Piton, Chain Launcher, and others. Since the core gameplay of PEAK revolves around tackling intense climbs, completing the journey without these tools is a challenging task.

To unlock the Speed Climber badge in the game, you need to escape the island within an hour. Although the time provided would feel sufficient, completing the objective may probably take you more than one attempt.

Bookworm Badge

The Bookworm Badge is one such achievement that was already present before the new update. To unlock it, you must find a total of eight Scoutmaster journal entries. However, you can collect only four scrolls on a single reset of the map. Additionally, there is no particular fixed location of these scrolls, which makes the Bookworm badge unlocking process a challenging one.

That was all about the five hardest badges to collect in PEAK.
