Grenade in Titan Quest 2 is a Rogue Mastery skill, and combined with the best modifications, it can become even more powerful.
The Rogue class in Titan Quest 2 is all about mastering the blades and being a force of death in the shadows. At least that’s the idea you’ll get looking at the cover image for the class. Take a peek within, and you’ll notice that it has a Grenade skill that totally defeats the purpose of being one with the shadow.
With that said, we’re not complaining. The Grenade skill is one of the best AOE skills in the game, and comes with modifications that strengthen it further. The modifications extend its range, increase its damage, alter its properties, and more. In this guide, we have listed out the best modifications you should pick up for the Grenade skill.

Best Grenade Modifications in Titan Quest 2
Enhanced Damage
The first thing you need to do to make the Grenade skill more potent is to upgrade its damage. The Enhanced Damage modification increases the damage of the Grenade skill by 10 percent. You can then upgrade this modification 10 times, meaning you’re looking at a total of a 100 percent increase in damage. Of course, you can’t allot all 10 slots to this, but we still recommend getting the damage up to 40 percent at the very least.

Poison Grenade
What’s worse than a grenade? A grenade that poisons you and drains your health. This is exactly what the Poison Grenade modification does. This modification converts 100 percent of explosion damage and burning ground damage to Poison damage. The poison then slowly drains another huge chunk of your HP. This modification makes the Grenade skill perfect against both mobs and bosses with large HP bars.
Fragmentation
The Grenade skill is an AOE skill by principle, and works perfectly well within those confines. It could be better, however, and could cover a larger area. This is what the Fragmentation modification allows it to do. With this modification, the Grenade sends out six to nine small fragments in every direction, damaging all unfortunate enough to be in the way. Each of these fragments deals 6 Pierce Damage and holds a 10 percent Ailment Chance.
