Abiotic Factor forces you to face off against a variety of enemies, some monstrous entities, while others are human. However, regardless of the foe you tackle, it’s important to slowly improve the quality of the weapons you use. With tougher enemies waiting for you out there, you simply cannot afford to rely on your starting weapons.
However, the absolute best weaponry in the game might not even be usable to you, since most of them have a biometric lock. So, even when you pick these up from fallen enemies, they simply won’t function in your hands. Thankfully, there’s an in-game item that can fix this. In this guide, we’ll explore how you can get your hands on the Bio-metric Armwraps in Abiotic Factor.
How To Get the Bio-metric Armwraps in Abiotic Factor
You won’t find this item lying around during your expeditions throughout the different levels. Instead, you can only acquire one by crafting it. However, even crafting this item will require you to reach level 10 Accuracy. If you haven’t been scaling your Accuracy stat, you will need to do that immediately if you want to use the biometric-locked weaponry in the game.
Once you reach Accuracy level 10, you can finally focus on crafting the Bio-metric Armwraps. Here’s what you’ll need to make it:
- 2x Security Bot CPU
- 10x Human Arm (Military)
- 20x Military Electronics
You can defeat Security Bots to get the Security Bot CPUs. Getting the Human Arm (Military) requires you to get down and dirty, chopping up the corpses of any Order enemies you take down. Finally, you can get the Military Electronics by looting the bodies of fallen Voussoire or Order enemies. You can also obtain them by breaking down Military Radios.
Once you have all the necessary ingredients, simply take them to the crafting station. You can then assemble and begin using the Bio-metric Armwraps.

How To Use the Bio-metric Armwraps in Abiotic Factor
Equip the Armwraps and then proceed to pick up any of the biometric-locked weapons you find after defeating Order enemies. Before, you wouldn’t have been able to fire those weapons. But with the Armwraps in place, you can now begin using these biometric-locked guns. The Talagi Magnum, Montese SMG, Romag Shotgun, Patois Rifle, and Wessex Rifle are some of the weapons you can only use once you’ve acquired the Bio-metric Armwraps.
While playing with friends, you might be able to get the Armwraps when one of your companions reaches Accuracy level 10, even if you haven’t. In these cases, you’ll have the item, but you still won’t be able to fire any of the weapons listed above. That’s because even firing those weapons requires you to have an Accuracy of at least 10.
