Abiotic Factor lets you explore a variety of different locations, such as the Security Sector, the Cascade Labs, and different portal worlds. The game doesn’t really have an in-built fast travel system to get around the different places faster. So, players mostly have to walk from point A to B, even if they’ve explored those places previously. While you do get some vehicles, even they aren’t as quick a mode of traversal as fast traveling.
However, you can create a network of fast travel points if you know how. For that, you’ll need the Personal Teleporter device. In the following guide, we’ll explore how exactly you can get the Personal Teleporter in Abiotic Factor and how to use it.

How To Get the Personal Teleporter in Abiotic Factor
You can only acquire this device through crafting. For that, you’ll need to collect the following resources first.
- 1x Raw Exor Heart
- 1x Memory Brick
- 1x Keyboard
- 1x Desk Phone
You can get the Exor Heart from fallen Exor enemies. You have to craft the Memory Brick by combining a Case Fan, Military Electronics, a Projection Matrix, and Jailbroken CPU. Keyboards are easy to locate, and you’ll find them on top of desks and on workstations. Search through the Office Sector to find Desk Phones.
How To Use the Personal Teleporter in Abiotic Factor
As you might have guessed by the name already, the Personal Teleporter device will let you travel to a synced Crafting Bench at any time. You will need to manually sync a Personal Teleporter device to one of these Crafting Benches. It’s a one-way fast travel method, which means you cannot travel back from the Crafting Bench location to your previous point. Also, each Personal Teleporter can be linked to one Crafting Bench only. Every time you use the Teleporter to travel, it will use up the device’s charge. You have to manually recharge the Teleporter before you can use it again.
The Crafting Bench you choose has to power up during the syncing process. However, after that, you can leave the Bench without power, and it’ll still act as a fast travel point with the Teleporter. For maximum benefit, you should place multiple such Personal Teleporter-linked benches across the various locations. This effectively creates a fast travel network, ensuring faster travel. However, make sure you rename each of the Personal Teleporters to remember which areas they link to.
