In this guide, we will show you how to get the Necrochasm Exotic Auto Rifle in Destiny 2 and what you will have to do for it.
In order to get Necrochasm in Destiny 2, players will have to complete the Crota’s End Raid to unlock the Bottomless Pit. Both of these are quite challenging in their own right, but considering the sheer power of this Exotic Auto Rifle, the Necrochasm is absolutely worth it.
Unlocking the Necrochasm Exotic Auto Rifle in Destiny 2
These are the steps you have to follow to get the Necrochasm Exotic Auto Rifle in Destiny 2:
Complete the Crota’s End Raid or Acquire His Discarded Sword
If you have missed the window for Crota’s End Raid, do not worry, as you can still access the Bottomless Pit quest. His discarded sword is available in the vendor menu at no cost. Accept the quest to move on to the next step.
Eliminate Hive Enemies With Husk of the Pit
After accepting the quest, you will acquire an auto rifle called Husk of the Pit. With it, you have to eliminate around 100 Hive enemies (or fewer if you defeat Hive enemies while doing the Crota’s End Raid). This auto rifle is relatively tame due to its white-lined common rarity. Nevertheless, it plays a key role in acquiring the Necrochasm. Hive enemies can be encountered in places like The Moon’s Altars of Sorrow Public Event. Once completed, the Husk of the Pit turns into the Eidolon Ally auto rifle.
Collect 20 Essence Of The Oversoul
The final part of this quest is the most arduous. It involves collecting 20 Essence of the Oversoul, which are not guaranteed to drop. Usually these can be acquired from Crota’s End Raids but can also by collected through other encounters, challenges and Triumphs. Once you have 20 of these, you will get the Necrochasm.
