To access the Powerdrop mission, arrive at The Launchpad in the Fadefields region, the Outbounders faction’s settlement. Once you are there, you need to head to the basement and interact with an NPC named Monty.
Once the Powerdrop quest begins, all you first need to do is get a power core for a minimal 500 price and throw it into the Powerdrop machine. Now, it will get multiple deflections from the obstacles in the machine until it reaches one of the collecting slots located at the bottom. The slot that your power core lands upon will determine your winnings.

Rewards of the Powerdrop Quest
As mentioned earlier, the Powerdrop quest offers a variety of rewards. While the basic prizes, such as cash, Eridium, and XP, are not particularly valuable, the main treasure is the red chest, which contains unique items. To unlock this chest, you need to land the power core in the middle slot.
The task is simple. If you fail on your first attempt, you can try again, since the cost of a power core is only 500 in-game currency. However, after winning the red chest, you can not repeat the process.
When you open the chest, you will receive rare and powerful weapons, and some of them could even prove to be of the legendary rarity. On the other hand, if you hit the side slots, the rewards are generally not significant.
