Location of All Terminus Range Vault Key Fragments in Borderlands 4
As mentioned earlier, you need three Vault Key Fragments to access the Primordial Vault. Additionally, you can find all of them within the vicinity of the Terminus Range region. After collecting them, enter the Vault to encounter the boss that you can defeat to obtain the special items. Below are the detailed locations to collect all three Vault Key Fragments in Terminus Range.

Cuspid Climb Vault Key Fragment
The first Key Fragment is probably the most difficult to collect among all three. To obtain it, you must first capture the Reliquary Order Silo. Once you are at the location, head straight until you reach a ledge. From there, glide across the large gap to land in a new area. Next, glide again to land near the entrance of a cave. Enter the cave and walk straight until you find a path to the right, next to another passage inside the cave. After you reach the top, continue heading left to locate the first collectible.
The Low Leys Vault Key Fragment
To find the second Key Fragment in Terminus Range, head to the Pit point of interest. Once there, move towards the rocky path on the right. After a short distance, you will find a grapple point. Use it to reach above, where you will spot the second Vault Key Fragment in the middle of a large stone structure.
Windspear Vault Key Fragment
To obtain the third and final Vault Key Fragment of the Terminus Range region, you need to arrive inside the Vestal Garrison Order facility, which is situated near the Nightcap Safehouse. Once you enter the facility, turn left and enter through a closed door. Next, go through another entrance and arrive at the control room. Head straight, climb a few stairs, and you will find the Vault Key fragment on top of a metal box.
