In the Hungering Plain region of Borderlands 4, you can collect a wide variety of collectibles, including ECHO Logs, Dead Bolts, and more. While the task may seem simple, it requires a significant amount of time and effort because the items are scattered across the area, and some are particularly difficult to locate and access.

Locations of All Hungering Plain Collectibles in Borderlands 4

As mentioned earlier, the Hungering Plain region features a wide variety of items to collect. These include 3 ECHO Logs, 2 Dead Bolts, Propaganda Speakers, Evocarium, and 2 Vault Symbols. Below are their detailed locations:
First ECHO Log
You can collect the first ECHO Log from the same area where you get the No Place Like Home side quest. To collect it, head south of the Wreck of the Nostalgia point of interest and arrive near the wooden dock. Reach the very end, and you will find the Log on top of a wooden beam on the left.
Second ECHO Log
To collect the second ECHO Log, first arrive at the Flarewell facility. Take the stairs and turn left to enter the building. Then, head straight, go up another set of stairs, and immediately turn right. You will find the second ECHO Log on top of a table.
Third ECHO Log

For the third and final ECHO Log, head to the Prospects Ripper Drill Site. From there, move south, clear out the enemy camp, and make your way to the gravestones. Once there, you will find the ECHO Log on top of the middle gravestone.

First Dead Bolt
To collect the first Dead Bolt collectible, head to the hilltop next to the murky lake located to the right of Horace’s Oversight. Once there, you will see a crashed vehicle near the edge. Approach it, and you can find the first collectible on its left side.
Second Dead Bolt
The second Dead Bolt collectible in the area is at an outpost near the wall of the Fades District. Once there, you will locate the Dead Bolt in front of a cage out in the open. This way, you will collect two of the many items available in the Hungering Plains region of Borderlands 4.
Propaganda Speaker

For the Propaganda Speaker, use the stairs near the location of the second ECHO Log and arrive at the roof of the building. Head straight and turn right to discover the Propaganda speaker.
Evocarium

The Evocarium in Hungering Plain is located at the top of the facility near the Operant Control point of interest. To find the Evocarium, you first need to get to the machine on the roof of a building, which will help you track them. Afterward, locate and use the grapple point of the first building to collect the first one.
Next, double jump and glide directly to the facility’s stairs. Climb to the top and collect the Evocarium. For the third Evocarium, head back to the building where you interacted with the machine. Get to the top and use double jump and glide mechanics to arrive at the first building toward the west. Once there, collect the third and final Evocarium of the region.
First Vault Symbol
Out of the two Vault Symbols in the region, you can collect the first one during the Down and Outbound quest. During the mission, you will receive an objective to defeat Horace, one of the bosses in the game. When you are inside the building, head to the room on the left. Once there, use the metal trap door to enter the underground area. Keep following the glowing light to locate the symbol.
Second Vault Symbol

To collect the second Vault Symbol in the region, head to the area where you previously found the second Dead Bolt. From there, head straight until you find a nearby grapple point. Use it to reach in front of a destroyed house. Next, climb to the top floor using a double jump, and you will find the Vault Symbol on the right side of the wall.
