Learn how to find all the Tonnage Peel collectibles in Borderlands 4, including the ECHO Logs, Lost Capsule, Vault Symbols, and more.
In the Tonnage Peel region of Borderlands 4, you can find a wide variety of collectibles, including ECHO Logs, Dead Bolts, Electi Safes, and more. Although the area is smaller compared to others, it actually contains more items than most. Therefore, you will need to invest a fair amount of time and effort to track down and collect everything the area has to offer.

Location of All Tonnage Peel Collectibles in Borderlands 4
As mentioned earlier, the Tonnage Peel region offers a wide variety of items to collect. These include: 6 ECHO Logs, 1 Dead Bolt, 2 Propaganda Speakers, Evocarium, 1 Lost Capsule, 3 Vault Symbols, and 1 Electi Safe. Below are their detailed locations:
First ECHO Log
Out of the six ECHO Logs in the region, the first one is inside the Lowrise Safehouse. To reach it, grapple up to the tunnel, cross through it, and continue to the top of the structure. Once there, you will find the ECHO Log on a couch beside the Capsule Decryption device.
Second ECHO Log
The second ECHO Log is at the Tenterhooks location, which is north of the Lowrise. Once there, head towards the right and follow the marker to collect the ECHO Log from the top of a white mattress.
Third ECHO Log
For the third ECHO Log, arrive at the Camp Spinesquelch point of interest. Now, locate a building on the right side, which has three white closets on its first floor. Afterward, double jump there to find the ECHO Log lying on the ground.
Fourth ECHO Log
To collect the fourth ECHO Log in the area, head to the same structure where you found the Vault Key Fragment. Once you are inside the facility, go straight and then take the first left. After a short distance, you will find the ECHO Log sitting on top of a box.
Fifth and Sixth ECHO Logs
The final two ECHO Logs are tied to the Her Own Funeral side mission, which will take you to the Electi faction town. Now, progress through the quest and follow the quest marker to collect these Logs.
Dead Bolt
As mentioned earlier, you get to find only one Dead Bolt collectible in the Tonnage Peel region. Additionally, the item becomes available only after completing the Unpaid Tab main quest. After tackling the mission, enter through the main entrance of the Queen’s Cradle. Now, turn left and you will find the item next to the fallen soldier.
Lost Capsule
Follow the location marked on the map attached above, and it will take you to the Wreck of the Cargonian region. Now, continue straight to arrive on top of a cliff, where you will find the Lost Capsule next to a damaged car. To finish the objective, take it to the top of the Lowrise Safehouse, where you will find the Capsule Decryption machine..
Propaganda Speakers
In the Tonnage Peel region, you need to track down two Propaganda Speakers. Out of the two, the first one will take you to the Quisling’s Cave point of interest. Next, you will find the collectible in the middle of a Ripper encampment.
To find the second Propaganda Speaker, first progress through the Unpaid Tab main quest. After crossing the bridge, continue straight, pass through the central area, and then turn right to reach the top of a hill where the speaker is located.

Evocarium
The best way to discover the Evocarioum in the Tonnage Peel region is to first secure the Lowrise Safehouse location during the collection of the first ECHO Log. Afterward, move to higher ground to get a clear view of the glowing Evocarium, which will be on top of a platform.
First Vault Symbol
Out of the three vault symbols in the region, you can collect the first one in the location where you found the first Propaganda Speaker. During that objective, you would need to move across the bridge connecting Lopside and Tonnage Peel region. Once you are on the other side of the bridge, head right to encounter a ship wreckage, which would have the Vault Symbol.
Second Vault Symbol
To collect the second Vault Symbol in the region, head to the Wreck of the Cargonian point of interest in Borderlands 4. Now, locate the symbol below the bridge.
Third Vault Symbol
For the final Vault Symbol, arrive at the Site Unseen Order Silo. Next, arrive at the control room and look for a platform on the right side. The final Vault Symbol would be marked on the wall.
Electi Safe
If you access the map of the Tonnage Peel region, you will find the location for the Electi Safe at the extreme left corner. Additionally, refer to the image above for precise guidance. Now, head straight to locate the safe on top of a couch.
