The Fissure Berry Seed is a new, rare crop in Grow a Garden added in the Chubby Chipmunk Update. Unlike the various other crops in the update, which you can get from either the Nutty Chest or the event rewards, the Fissure Berry is unique. As of the current patch, you cannot directly buy it. This guide will explain how you can obtain the Fissure Berry and add the new crop to your collection in the popular Grow a Garden Roblox experience.

How To Get Fissure Berry In Grow a Garden
You can only get the Fissure Berry as a drop from the newly added Hyrax pet in the Grow a Garden Chubby Chipmuk update. Here is how it works:
- After you equip a Hyrax in an active pet slot, it will eat a random fruit or a crop from your garden.
- The pet will only eat crops that you have not used the favorite tool on every minute or so.
- Every time the Hyrax activates its ability, the pet will spit out a Fissure Berry seed.
- Just walk over to collect it, and then you can plant the new rare crop in your garden.
How To Get Hyrax
As of the current patch, you can only get the Hyrax from the Chubby Chipmunk Event Rewards. The event started on October 4 and allows you to redeem rewards ranging from a variety of items, including the Nutty Crate and pets. To get the Hyrax:
- Grow the free Chubby Chipmunk pet you can redeem to a weight of 30.48 kg.
- The Chubby Chipmunk pet needs to be equipped in an active slot.
- It will occasionally eat a random fruit and grow in size.
- After the weight is reached, go back to the event area at the center of the map, and you can redeem it for a Hyrax.
