All three of the starting main missions, including Adamas, serve as a short tutorial to important game mechanics while also being relevant to the story. Digimon Story Time Stranger: Adamas Mission Walkthrough
Start of Journey
At the start of the Adamas Mission in Digimon Story Time Stranger, your objective is to reach the designated location by moving your character. There is a short movement tutorial to help you out with this one. Moreover, blue markers appear on your screen; follow them to reach the location quickly.
Moving through the city triggers a cutscene, where you find yourself at a protest in front of the Wall of Hope. You have to now part through the crowd and reach the rightmost side of the protest. After another short cutscene, keep moving forward and enter the stairs to an underground area.
Pick Your First Digimon
Descending the stairs leads you to the Forgotten Rails area, a destroyed subway system. This is also where you get to choose your first Digimon as well. Here are your options:
- Patamon (Data)
- DemiDevimon (Virus)
- Gomamon (Vaccine)
Although it doesn’t matter what Digimon you choose, as you obtain all of them by the epilogue, it is still recommended to pick DemiDevimon. The reason for doing so is that DemiDevimon has the Demi Darts attack, which has a lifesteal effect. This will be useful moving forward in the other introduction missions.

Escape from Forgotten Rails
After you pick your Digimon, there is a small battle tutorial, after which you can explore the entire area. Moreover, it is recommended to defeat every Digimon in the area, as the experience helps level up your own Digimons. Additionally, keep going deeper into the subway system while doing so.
Soon, you reach a blocked area where you have to break some obstacles to move forward. This triggers a chase scene where a large Digimon starts to hunt you. All you have to do here is run away from it in a straight line, which triggers a cutscene where a mysterious girl saves you. This also marks the end of the Adamas mission in Digimon Story Time Stranger.
