EA FC 26 allows you to take the helm of a club through the Manager Career Mode. 1) Redeem Pre-order Bonus
First and foremost, do not forget to redeem your pre-order reward if you have pre-ordered the game. The perks you will get are the following:
- 3x Icon Players for both Player and Manager career.
- 5-Star Coach, 5-Star Youth Scout, Manager Live Challenge content for the Manager career.
Check your email for the codes. These rewards will prove to be a wonderful launching pad for the initial phase of your Career Mode journey.
2) Update Squads
When you start a new Career Mode, be sure to update the squads in the game. You can do it from the Main Menu of FC 26 and the Career Mode Menu. This will ensure that you have the latest player stats and the updated player faces. For example, if Vinicius Jr. dons a different hairstyle in real life, this update will bring that change to your game.
However, remember that this has to be done at the beginning, before saving the new Career Mode game. After that, the progress of your club and other clubs will be simulated.

This might sound like a no-brainer, but the Tactical Vision of your team is one aspect you should not leave as is. Try and hire the highest-starred coaches you can afford to all Attack, Midfield, Defense, and Goalkeeper departments. The following are three of the safest tactical visions initially:
