How To Obtain Acorn
Grow a Garden players have a 1% chance to get the Acorn crop seed by opening the Nutty Chest. It is the event-specific chest for the Chubby Chipmunk Update, making it a limited drop. This means you only have about one or two weeks until the event expires to obtain the Divine-tier crop. With such a low chance of dropping, players will probably need to open several Nutty Chests to get an Acorn Seed.
How To Get a Nutty Chest in Grow a Garden
The Nutty Chest is a possible reward from the Chubby Chipmunk Update. Players can either get it by redeeming the Chubby Chipmunk pet’s Acorn drop or from the Chubby Chipmunk Event rewards. We have broken down how each reward system works below.

The alternative way to get Nutty Chests is from the Acorns that the Chubby Chipmunk pet drops when it consumes a fruit from your garden. Each time, the pet will drop an Acorn somewhere on the map. You can get various rewards by finding the Acorn, including Nutty Chests. Here are the drop chances:
- 1 Nutty Chest: 5.65% drop chance
- 2 Nutty Chests: 2.35% drop chance
