The New Game Plus mode in Digimon Story Time Stranger will let you hop back into the Digital World to replay the story.

How To Unlock New Game Plus in Digimon Story Time Stranger
The method to unlock New Game Plus is very simple. Once you have completed the main story once, you will be able to play through New Game Plus. This will also reset all of your quest progress, letting you play through them one more time.
New Game Plus does not interfere with or overlap with a regular New Game save file. You can still start a new save file with no issues. You can also re-enter a completed save file to finish up any loose ends without starting New Game Plus. Once you do start New Game Plus, however, your quest progress will be wiped. So, only enter New Game Plus once you have done everything you want to.
What Carries Over in Digimon Story Time Stranger New Game Plus?
After you have cleared the story once. The New Game Plus function will be unlocked on the title screen. This will let you select a save file you have cleared, and start over in that save file with:
- Digimon Scan Rates
- Agent Skills
- Anomaly Points
- Items (Excluding key items)
- Money
- Cards
- Partner Digimon
Apart from these, nothing else will be carried over, and all of the quest progress in the game will be reset.
What Else is Unlocked When You Clear the Game?
Apart from New Game Plus, after you complete the game once, a new quest and the Mega and Mega+ difficulty options will be unlocked. The new quest can be accessed by re-entering your cleared save file, and lets you also challenge the Olympos XII for a very powerful item. As for the two new difficulty options, you can play through them on a new save file or on New Game Plus.
Mega difficulty makes every enemy Digimon have 9999 Attack and over 10000 Health, making the game significantly harder. Mega+ is the same, except it prevents you from using items or retreating from battles. So, if you get stuck in a battle that you cannot win, then you’re out of luck (make saves before difficult battles to avoid this).
