  • Type: Vaccine
  • Weakness: Data
  • Resistance: Virus
  • Elemental Weakness: Fire, Earth
  • Elemental Resistance: Wind, Electricity (Immune)

Parrotmon is weak to the Fire and Earth elements while being resistant to Wind and immune to Electricity. The boss begins the battle by casting Gale Storm II, dealing Wind damage to the entire party.

However, a more powerful ability that you need to counter is Thunder Charge, which heals Parrotmon for each strike. To nullify Thunder Charge, bring a Digimon with a metal body. Options include:

  • Guardromon
  • Hagurumon
  • Clockmon
  • Blimpmon

If you have one of these Digimon on your team, Thunder Charge will target the metal-bodied Digimon and spare their teammates.

Within a few turns, Parrotmon will begin charging up Mjolnir Thunder, its ultimate attack, exposing the Crest on its head. The attack will land after one turn, dealing high Lightning damage to the entire party.

Attack and break Parrotmon’s Crest to stop Mjölnir Thunder. However, the crest has slightly different elemental resistances and weaknesses compared to Parrotmon itself.

  • Crest Elemental Weakness: Ice, Null, Holy, Water
  • Crest Elemental Resistance: Earth, Steel, Fire, Lightning (Immune)
  • Cross Art: Strike helps break the Crest quickly

Parrotmon’s Crest takes double damage from Water elemental attacks. Bring a Water-type Digimon like Seadramon or Coelamon to capitalize on this weakness and interrupt Mjolnir Thunder.

If you don’t think you’ll break the Crest in time, block and heal to reduce the damage taken by your party. Mjolnir Thunder also has a high chance of inflicting Paralysis.

The best way to counter Parrotmon is to compose your team of Data Digimon while exploiting its elemental weaknesses. It is important to have at least one Digimon with a metal body to absorb Thunder Charge and one Water Digimon to help break Parrotmon’s Crest. Here are some powerful options:

  • Tyrannomon (Fire and Null)
  • MudFrigimon (Earth)
  • Starmon (Earth)
  • Seadramon or Coelamon (Water)
  • Clockmon or Blimpmon (Metal Body)
  • Kiwimon (Support)

When Parrotmon reaches 40% health, Merukimon will join the battle to bolster your team. Its Thousand Fists attack is particularly effective against the boss, greatly easing the battle.
