With the Ghoul Garden event live, Grow a Garden players can now get a variety of Halloween-themed pets. One of the main ways to get these pets is by hatching the Spooky Egg. This guide explains all of the hatch chances for the Spooky Egg so that you know how many you might need to hatch to get the pet you want.

Spooky Egg Pet Hatch Chances
You can get five of the nine new pets in the Ghoul Garden event by hatching the Spooky Egg. Naturally, the rarer the pet, the lower its hatch chances. Here is a full list of the pets and their hatch chances.

| Bat | Uncommon | 45% | Gives a variant chance boost to nearby Spooky plants. |
| Bone Dog | Rare | 28% | Digs random seeds. Has a chance to dig the exclusive Banesberry Seed. |
| Spider | Legendary | 18% | Spins a web every ~8 minutes. Affected crops get a growth boost, and pets that touch the web reduce their ability cooldown. |
| Black Cat | Mythical | 8.5% | Occasionally, the Black Cat will go near a Halloween cosmetic in the garden and take a nap. Fruits growing near it have a chance to get a size boost. |
| Headless Horseman | Prismatic | 0.5% | Every ~40 minutes, the Headless Horseman will target a level 50 or above pet in your garden. The targeted pet will revert to level 1 and get Dreadbound, Soulflame, Nightmare, or the Spectral pet mutation. |

How To Get a Spooky Egg
During the Ghoul Garden event, you can get the Spooky Egg in one of two ways:
- 10% chance to get it from contributor rewards when you submit crops at the Witch’s Cauldron at the center of the map.
- Buy it with 30 Candy Acorns or 149 Robux from the Creepy Critters Garden Ghoul Event Shop.
