To access the Battle Will Exchange, speak with Mason located in Imagine Research Institute in the Entertainment District of Asterleeds, next to the Alchemy and Exchange shop. At the exchange, you can purchase Will Wish Coins at a rate of 150 Rose Orb (Bound) per coin.
Reputation Shop
Found within the Colorful Store, the Reputation Shop allows you to purchase a single Will Wish Coin for 600 Reputation. However, you can only buy one Will Wish Coin per week.

After interacting with Mason, click the Wish button to obtain Will Fragments or a Battle Will. The banner’s pity system guarantees that you will receive an Advanced or higher quality Battle Will you are aiming for. The SSR Battle Will you choose to Resonate with is the one you are guaranteed to receive after 80 failed pulls.
