How To Start the Get Your Travel Bag Back Mission in Pokemon Legends Z-A
This is not a hard mission to start. Once you start the game, you will arrive at the Gare de Lumiose, with a handful of NPCs and Pokemon to interact with. Interact with whom you want, and then head straight ahead and take the first right.
Go through the gate and exit into Lumiose City properly. A short cutscene will play out, with you meeting your rival for the game, Urbain or Taunie. The rival will depend on the character you selected. A male protagonist will have Taunie as your rival, and Urbain will play the role of a rival for the female protagonist.
While talking, you will soon find out that your bag has gone missing. It has been stolen by a Pancham. This will start the Get Your Travel Bag Back mission.

The objective here is simple: chase after the Pancham and recover your bag. While trailing this Pokemon, you will run into two trainers: Andi and Andre. This is where you will be given the option to choose your starter for the game.
