Auto-Play is a type of feature in Blue Protocol Star Resonance, which allows you to kill enemies and gain rewards and XP without actually having to do anything. You could be AFK or just watching your character go rogue on enemies without pressing a single button. This feature, also called Auto-Hunt/Auto-Battle/Auto-Combo, is unlockable early on in the game after passing the tutorial phase.

Once you enable this feature, your character will attack the enemies with basic attacks or any skills that you have assigned. In this article, we will look at how to use the Auto-play feature and its benefits in Blue Protocol Star Resonance.

This feature is a huge game-changer due to its potential to give players greater rewards the more they kill their target enemies. For instance, killing a particular enemy multiple times will increase the quantity of rewards you receive from them. Let us take the Boarlet enemy, for example.

TaskRewards
Defeat the target enemy 10 timesx5 Rose Orbs
x150 Luno Coins
x5 Monster Hunt XP
Defeat the target enemy 50 timesx10 Rose Orbs
x300 Luno Coins
x10 Monster Hunt XP
Defeat the target enemy 200 timesx15 Rose Orbs
x500 Luno Coins
x20 Monster Hunt XP

Where the Auto-Play feature truly shines is when you choose an area filled with a diverse selection of different enemy targets. Defeating hordes of each of the enemy types will unlock the rewards for each simultaneously. The longer you keep the mode on, the more rewards and XP you will eventually farm.

When To Use Auto-Play

There are certain conditions that need to be met for this feature to continue to work. If the area your character is in has no target enemies, is out of range, or is killed, the feature will halt. There are also a few limitations to the feature, such as your character not being able to dodge attacks, use strategic battle measures, or defend or heal themselves.

Auto-Play, regardless of the shortcomings, is a great tool for farming rewards and XP. This is especially beneficial to use in open-world areas consisting of weaker enemies during the early levels. You can also choose to use it when picking up low-level quests and gathering materials during your exploration.

However, it is best to avoid using this in a dungeon scenario or when up against high-level enemies, as they will squander you at ease. When approaching such areas, manually toggle the feature off from the settings and continue.
