How To Defeat the Rogue Mega Slowbro in Pokemon Legends Z-A
The Slowbro at risk of Mega Evolving has been spotted in the Blue District. You are joined by Urbain/Taunie in dealing with this crisis. Head off to prevent Mega Slowbro from going on a rampage.
Defeat the Rogue Mega Slowbro
After its Mega Evolution, Slowbro has high Defense with a base stat of 180. It also hits pretty hard as a special attacker thanks to its 130 Special Attack stat. It has five weaknesses for you to exploit: Grass, Bug, Ghost, Dark, and Electric.
In order to Mega Evolve your Pokemon, collect the Mega Power Orbs that are being generated by the Rogue Slowbro. Once you have collected enough of them, send in your Mega to attack. If you chose Chikorita as your starter, Mega Meganium is a great choice here.
Mega Ampharos, especially if you completed the mission to get the Shiny one, can also hit Mega Slowbro with powerful Electric-type attacks. Finally, Mega Absol can use its Dark-typing to take less damage from Slowbro’s Psychic attacks and hit hard in return. However, it’s worth noting that Absol is a physical attacker and may struggle to break through Mega Slowbro’s gargantuan defense.
When you defeat Mega Slowbro, you are rewarded with the Slowbronite. With this Mega Stone you can Mega Evolve your own Slowbro. However, only Kantonian Slowbro can Mega Evolve.
