Running New World Aeternum on PCs with Radeon RX 9000 series graphics cards is not a problem at all. These GPUs are powerful enough to deliver 60 FPS effortlessly. However, even with these GPUs, the game may experience some stutters or frame drops in certain scenarios if you don’t have an equally powerful CPU. Unfortunately, New World Aeternum requires a modern and high-performance processor to eliminate stutters.

However, the good news is that with a few optimizations, we can eliminate CPU bottlenecks and let the Radeon RX 9000 series cards run the game at their full performance. Read on to learn more.

Final Optimizations

We optimized the above settings using the right combination of Low, Medium, and High values, but these settings are not enough. You need to do two more things to achieve even better performance in New World Aeternum. If you have Intel’s 12th, 13th, or 14th Gen CPUs, you will need to disable the E-cores, as this game stutters with E-cores enabled. Next, you should use Lossless Scaling’s frame generation to fix high CPU load.

Unfortunately, New World Aeternum doesn’t have FSR FG, so you will have to use Lossless Scaling. With the above settings and the final two optimizations, the game should run quite well.
