Mega Slowbro is fought at Level 34, so your team should be around the same. It tends to use two moves, Water Pulse and Psybeam, both of which it gets STAB on and has a chance to confuse.

However, its most dangerous move is a series of water tornadoes that serve as an AoE attack. The range of this move increases drastically when Mega Slowbro’s HP is at 50% and once again, when it’s close to fainting. You can dodge the tornadoes by moving diagonally between them. Defeating the Rogue Mega Slowbro earns you the Slowbronite.
