Held Items help increase the effectiveness of your Pokemon in Legends Z-A. However, some of these items have their own downsides to balance their positive effects. Some increase the stats of your Pokémon but lower their speed. Meanwhile, other Held Items add a small effect in combat with no downsides. Needless to say, you will need them if you want to further improve your Pokemon’s effectiveness in any way.

Power Anklet	Holdable item. Speed stat grows much quicker, but reduces the movement speed of the Pokémon in battle.	Side Mission 69: A Sky Battle, for Old Times’ Sake
Power Weight	Holdable item. HP stat grows much quicker, but reduces the movement speed of the Pokémon in battle.	Side Mission 72: Find My Galarian Stunfisk!
Power Band	Holdable item. Sp. Def stat grows much quicker, but reduces the movement speed of the Pokémon in battle.	Side Mission 99: Pleasing Aron’s Palate
