Just like Mega Slowbro and Mega Camerupt, Mega Victreebel is fought at Level 34, so your team should be around the same or higher. It uses two Grass-type moves, Bullet Seed and Vine Whip. Despite their usually low base power, these moves serve as long-range and close-quarters options for Mega Victreebel. It will use Bullet Seed when you move too far away and use Vine Whip to push you away when you get too close.

As for its AoE move, Mega Victreebel shoots poisonous ooze from its body that coagulates as pools. Avoid these to prevent your Pokemon from getting poisoned. The pools fade away after some time. Defeating the Rogue Mega Victreebel earns you the Victreebelite.
