Void Residue is a seasonal resource in Blue Protocol Star Resonance that you can spend on upgrading the Emblem Nodes and unlocking the Emblem Cores. Emblems become available at level 50, and upgrading an Emblem Core unlocks powerful passives such as Void Aura and Void Corruption Pulse. However, to get these passives, you have to spend a lot of Void Residue on Emblem Nodes and Core.

To get Void Residue, you have to defeat Void Monsters, which look similar to regular enemies but with a purple orb over their heads. The best way to gather a large amount of Void Residue is to AFK farm Void Monsters as outlined in this guide.

Blue Protocol Star Resonance: Void Residue Farming Guide

To farm Void Residue effectively, you can join a party and head to the Ruins of Andra City, where the highest concentration of Void Monsters spawns in an open area. Alternative locations include the Duskdye Woods, Everfall Forest, and Skimmer’s Lair.

Open the Party Menu and head to the World Boss Crusade tab. Here, look for parties with a description about Void Residue farming. Ideally, you want to join a party that is almost full before venturing to the Ruins of Andra City with them.

You can also look for your Guild members forming parties to farm Void Residue or find suitable parties through community forums on platforms like Discord. Alternatively, you can head to the Ruins of Andra City directly and farm Void Residue with the safety of other players or parties present.

AFK Farm Void Residue

Once you reach the Ruins of Andra City with your party, you can begin farming Void Residue by auto-attacking. You can leave your device on to auto farm Void Residue for as long as you’d like. Here are some important tips for farming Void Residue:

  • Have a ranged weapon or attack, since you’ll need to hit a Void Monster at least once to earn the Void Residue it drops. You can leave melee characters right on top of the enemy spawn or switch classes.
  • Invest in passive self-healing abilities to ensure your character does not die. This is relevant if you are not farming in a large party.
  • You can purchase a maximum of 100 Void Residue per week in the Season Store.

How To Use Void Residue

Spend Void Residue on Nodes in the Emblem menu before unlocking a Core. Spread out your Void Residue across different Nodes rather than spending all on one. Upgrading the Nodes provides bonuses against Void Monsters, which makes farming Void Residue more efficient.
