Where To Find Wisps in Fisch
Wisps spawn only in the Cemetery area of Crook’s Hallow, a Halloween-exclusive island. When you arrive, look for gravestones that glow blue, these are your Wisp locations. Walk up to a glowing gravestone and interact with it to collect the Wisp.
Once you’ve collected it, the glow disappears, signaling that it’s been claimed. Wisps respawn every few minutes, so if you don’t find enough right away, stay in the area and wait for new ones to appear.

How To Use Wisps
Wisps are required for the Headless Horseman’s second quest, where you need to collect five Wisps to continue the storyline. Once you’ve gathered them, return to the Headless Horseman to complete the objective and unlock the next task in the chain.
At the moment, Wisps don’t have any other purpose outside this quest, but it’s smart to keep extras in case they’re used in future Fisch updates or events.
Does the Wisp Mutation Count?
No, the Wisp mutation doesn’t count toward the Headless Horseman Quest. This mutation can only be earned during special admin events such as Spectral Tide or Secret Storm.

- Secret Storm: 20% drop chance
While it doesn’t help with quests, it’s still a rare and cool collectible mutation to show off.
