Escape From Duckov: How To Defeat Lordon (Boss Guide)

In Escape From Duckov, as you progress through the game, you must constantly fight bosses in different regions. However, the most frustrating one is Lordon, the wildcard of the Warehouse Area. It is only the second region in the game, but navigation can be challenging due to the presence of Lordon. 

To help you out, here’s how you can defeat Lordon in Escape From Duckov. 

Lordon Location in Escape From Duckov

As mentioned earlier, you can find Lordon in the Warehouse Area region in Escape From Duckov. However, he does not have a set spawn location, meaning he can appear anywhere on the map at any time of the day. You can roughly track his location in two ways: 

• When a mask-wearing enemy dog charges at you. It is Lordon’s companion who hunts with him.
• When you hear Sniper Rifle sounds. This means Lordon is fighting with an enemy near him. 

Alternatively, if you wish to always know his exact location, you can install mods that track boss locations in real time on your map.

Overview of Lordon in Escape From Duckov

Lordon is a duck who uses a VPO-101 Sniper Rifle, which he has modified to be slightly more powerful than the standard version. Additionally, he is accompanied by his loyal dog, which attacks like any other animal. Lordon usually prefers to shoot from very long distances, between 30m and 40m, which is well outside the players’ visual range. However, he will get close if you hide behind any kind of cover. 

Tips To Easily Defeat Lordon in Escape From Duckov

Here are some tips and tricks that can help you defeat Lordon when you face him in the wild: 

• When you are in the Warehouse Area, do not let your health drop below 30 while wandering. Lordon can kill you instantly if he lines up a perfect shot from far away. 
• Rolling gives you invulnerability frames or i-frames, meaning bullets don’t do damage to you. However, rolling does cost stamina, so time your rolls when dodging Lordon’s bullets. 
• Hide behind a cover to make Lordon close up on you. It is the best way to deal damage to him while he is in close range. Moreover, Lordon has only four bullets in his magazine, meaning you can predict when he has to reload. 
• Take out Lordon’s dog before you fight the boss. 
• If you are low on health, circle around a car or crate to heal up while Lordon tries to find you. The easy way is to put a healing item on your Hotbar, which allows you to heal without opening your inventory.
