The Key is unlocked by surviving 20 waves of zombies. Each wave increases in difficulty, so teaming up with friends will make the run much easier.
Keep an eye out for ammo upgrades and new parts between rounds, and use the map’s open spaces to kite zombies instead of getting trapped in a corner.
Even if you don’t clear all 20 waves in one match, your progress still counts, you can return later and continue where you left off.
How To Start the Event
Click the Halloween Event icon at the top of your screen to access the event menu. From there, select the Weird Gun Game and you’ll be moved to the Halloween Spotlight server where your Rune and Key objectives will begin tracking.
You’ll also receive badges once each goal is completed, Rune Tier and Key Tier, that mark your progress in the event.
