The Lich has a skeletal face with red glowing eyes, a green forehead gem, and a deep purple hooded cloak. Its tattered robes and ghostly aura give it an undead, powerful presence that perfectly fits the Halloween vibe. Looks aside, this pet has a unique set of abilities that lets Spooky-type plants within 32 studs get increased variant chance, faster growth, and a small size boost.
Its passive is called Dread Lord; when active, all active Halloween pets gain +1.5 XP per second, making it great for leveling multiple event pets quickly.

How To Get the Lich Pet in Grow a Garden
Unlike Mummy or Scarab pet, you cannot obtain it from the Spooky Chest, the Lich can only be summoned through the Lich Crystal, a limited divine gear added in the third Ghoul Garden expansion.
You can buy the Lich Crystal from Ghostly Gadgets (middle of the map) for 60 Candy Corn or 499 Robux.
At first, the crystal hums faintly, but to awaken it, you’ll need to place specific pets and decorations in your garden:
- Place the Bat pet.
- Add the Crow pet.
- Place the Scarab pet.
- Add the Spell Book cosmetic.
- Place two Halloween Candles.
As soon as you place everything, it will trigger a pop-up asking to fuse the Bat, Crow, and Scarab.
Once you confirm, the fusion completes, and you’ll receive the Lich Pet.
